It's safe to assume that A.I (Artificial Intelligence) has a place in the art world and there are some truly great and creative pieces being made but is it truly art?

A.I in all its forms does serve a purpose of course and you can't argue with the net effect it gives at the end of the day but for me, it's secondary to the hand, an implement and the media on which creation takes place. 

In today's market I have chosen to create using an iPad and the amazing if pricey Apple Pencil. These things are amazing for creating artwork and still enabling internal creativity to show through. Agreed that it is pretty easy to create great effects but the basic requirements of drafting, colour and media are still at the fore and I personally feel it creates a neat divide between A.I and true art.

An informed decision

One cannot server more than one master to any real success!

But you can try - keeps life interesting at any rate. What I hope to achieve through this website is primarily to remind myself of what it is I actually do, a reference point if you like. Somewhere, a home, for all the bits and bobs that keep me ticking over.
