Terms & Conditions of Sale

Last updated: 12 May 2026

These terms govern the sale of digital download prints ("Products") from pixart.website ("we," "us," "our") to you, the customer ("you," "your"). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

1. About us

Pixart Studio sells high-resolution digital art prints created by illustrator Derek Johnson. All artwork, illustrations, designs and associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Pixart Studio.

For any questions, please contact us via pixart.website/contact before placing your order.

2. The product you are buying

Our Products are digital download files — high-resolution image files delivered electronically. You are not purchasing a physical print, canvas, frame or any tangible item. After purchase, you are responsible for printing and producing the artwork yourself or via a print service of your choice.

Printed results may vary depending on the printer, paper, canvas, ink and finish you choose. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for the quality of any physical reproduction you produce from the digital file.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order through our checkout (operated by Lemon Squeezy), you are making an offer to purchase the Product. The contract between us is formed when we send you confirmation of your order and the download link.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure or pricing errors.

4. Price and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is taken in full at the point of order via our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment details.

5. Delivery of digital files

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a unique download link for the high-resolution file. Download links are typically issued immediately but may take up to a few hours in rare cases.

It is your responsibility to:

If you have not received your download link within 24 hours, please contact us and we will resend it.

6. Your right to cancel — and important information about digital downloads

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers ordinarily have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel an online purchase and receive a refund.

However, this right does not apply to digital content once the download has begun, where you have given express consent and acknowledged that the right to cancel will be lost.

By placing an order and proceeding through checkout, you:

  1. Expressly consent to immediate access to and supply of the digital Product before the end of the 14-day cancellation period; and
  2. Acknowledge that, by downloading the file, you lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund under the Regulations.

If you do not download the file, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at the email address on our contact page.

7. Refunds

Because our Products are digital files that can be copied and retained indefinitely, no refunds will be given once the file has been downloaded. This applies regardless of the reason, including (but not limited to) changes of mind, dissatisfaction with how the file looks once printed, or technical issues with your own printing process.

Refunds may be offered, at our discretion, in the following circumstances:

Where a refund is granted, it will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days.

8. Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to:

You are not permitted to:

All copyright and intellectual property rights in the artwork remain with Pixart Studio and the artist at all times.

9. Commercial licences

If you wish to use the artwork commercially, please contact us via pixart.website/contact to discuss a commercial licence.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any Product is limited to the price you paid for that Product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, or costs of physical printing or framing.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on our website at the time you placed your order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Contact
